Review of Teen Numbers

Grades: 1st Grade
Subjects: Math
Standards: Use appropriate tools strategically. (MP.5.), The numbers from 11 to 19 are composed of a ten and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, or nine ones. (1.NBT.2(b)), 10 can be thought of as a bundle of ten ones -- called a ''ten.'' (1.NBT.2(a))

Student Instructions

1. Tap the green add. 2. On pages 1, watch the lesson video reviewing teen numbers OR click the link below ⬇️. https://bethelsd.instructuremedia.com/embed/bc622015-04d6-4d5e-840b-bc07c8bac557 3. On pages 2-5, show the teen number using the 10's sticks and 1's cubes, then use the mic to say the number. 4. On pages 6, put the teen numbers in order from least to greatest on the number line. 5. Tap the green check to submit your work.

Teacher Notes (not visible to students)

This less is a review of teen numbers. Students will watch the video for review, then practice with the teen numbers on the subsequent pages. They will complete the activity with sequencing the numbers on a number line.
