Accountable Talk for Problem Solving

Today you will choose one of your math problems to solve and then discuss with a partner using accountable talk. 1. Solve the problem first on your own, using a separate piece of paper. 2. Then, tap the add button. 3. Use drawing to record your work in the template attached. If your answers match, move to the next step. If your answers don't match, try to work together to determine the correct answer, then move on. 4. Take turns using the mic to explain how you solved the problem. Be sure to use the Math Sentence Starters to guide your explanation. 5. Tap check to save your work in Seesaw.
