This is part of a weekly program. On Monday, I read a short story to the class. Three words are chosen from the text to explore. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, students complete this activity for one of the three words each day. On Friday, they complete the activity found in Vocabulary (Part 2) where they write a paragraph using all three new words and illustrate it.
