1. Page 1: π at the pictures. Decide which ones begin with the letter Z. π£ what's in the picture. Does it sound like "zzzzz"?
2. Use the 
tool to move the pictures that begin with Z to the βͺ. You will need to find 4 pictures.

tool to trace the letter Zz. Trace the capital Z and the lowercase z.

βSummary: Students will practice the letter Z by identifying things that begin with Z, tracing the letter Z, drawing something that begins with Z and completing a sentence with the name of what they drew. π Key Vocabulary: things that begin with Z in the pictures: zoo, zebra, zero, zipper, zigzag, zucchini and zombie. βThis is a supplemental activity that can be used in conjunction with your district curriculum. βThis activity is best used whole group on an interactive board where students come up and manipulate the objects in the activity or on individual devices in focused small groups (especially for any voice or screen recording/video activities). π Always preview videos to be sure they fit your audience/needs.
