How can we use data and graphs in our own lives? Do you know how to construct pictographs, tables, bar charts and tally charts? Find a collection of similar items you have at home (socks, legos, dolls, etc.) Take a photo photo (page 1) 2. Sort your collection into smaller groups by color, type, or size. Take a photo photo 3. Make a Tally Chart or T chart (page 2) about the data you collected using shapes and label or pencil Part 2: 4. Make a pictograph or a bar graph about your data (page 3). You can do this on paper and take a photo photo. OR use your seesaw tools to draw a graph Part 3: 5. Answer Questions about your data (page 4) Success Criteria: I can collect data and organize it in a list, a chart, and graph. I can answer questions about the data such as how many in each group, which group has more, and which group has less.
