Task 1: Summary: Warm-up to get your body ready for exercise. Directions: While standing up, bend over and touch your toes for 10 seconds Sit down and reach out for your toes for 10 seconds Butterfly stretch for 10 seconds Task 2: Summary: Fitness Circuit Directions: You will work through 2 sets of exercises 2 times. Do set one and then set two. Set One Jog in place for 1 minute Rest for 30 seconds Do sit-ups for 30 seconds Rest for 30 seconds Do jumping jacks for 30 seconds Rest for 30 seconds Set Two Do a plank for 20 seconds Rest for 30 seconds Do 20 calf-raises Rest for 30 seconds Do push-ups for 20 seconds Rest for 30 seconds Task 3: Summary: Cool Down Directions: Walk around the room you are in for 2 minutes 5 deep breaths to relax Enjoy your day!
