Cube Conversation Expressions #2

Grades: 5th Grade, 4th Grade, 6th Grade
Subjects: Home Learning, Math

Student Instructions

Today we are going to continue to practice seeing 3 dimensional images in a flexible way. Again, we are then going to show in number form, how we saw the image broken up into sections in order to find the total number of cubic units. This activity is the same as a previous one, but with slightly more interesting shapes. First, watch the short directions video. Follow the directions in the video, the directions on each slide, and the examples given, to complete the activity. Challenge the mathematician in you to think visually, flexibly and creatively! Make sure to click the check when done!
