Mindful Recess: Kindness Yoga

1. Take a break in your day and watch this video to practice kindness yoga with Liz! 2. After your mindful recess, click add and either upload upload a photo picture of you doing your favorite pose from the video, or use the drawing drawing tool to draw yourself in your favorite pose. 3. Then, using the label and move tools, list one kind thing you will do today. 4. Click check when you're done to submit! 5. Whenever you need a break, take a few minutes to practice kindness yoga for yourself, and a kind act for someone else!
