Show what you know: 1. Use drawing to shade in the given fraction 2: Use drawing to draw a line(s) so that the area model represents the given equivalent fraction 3. Use label to show the equivalent fraction using multiplication 4. Create your own example on the right hand side 5. Use mic to explain how the multiplication shows equivalent fractions, and why both the numerator and the denominator have to be multiplied by the number 6. Click check to add to your journal
